Ecological Analysis and Prognosis Laboratory
ABOUT US

Our team solves difficult problems dealing with mathematical modeling of nature systems and multivariate statistical analysis of experimental information in the sphere of Ecology and Medicine.

Working up statistical information with the help of multivariate methods of analyzing information (factor and cluster analysis, multivariate scaling) gives the opportunity to set up objective laws the researcher can only guess and sometimes he even doesn’t have an idea about their existence.

We have large experience in solving applied tasks of ecological and medical monitoring in the regions that suffered as a result of accident in Chernobyl.

What we can do for you:

– computing and regulating data processing of your experimental study;

– analyzing and putting in order any quantitative information you can get;

– making visual interpretation in the form of graphs, diagrams or different maps (using GIS-technologies);

We offer our assistance in carrying out research works to organizations and individuals. We can help you to prepare reports and theses if their subject includes using methods of mathematical modeling, multivariate analyzing and regulating experimental information. If it is necessary our specialists will help you to organize databases, to process and condense large arrays of information noting objective laws connected with them and also to draw up the results of your research in the most modern way.

Our team:

· Serdutskaya Ludmila Fedorovna – doctor of technical science, senior research worker, head of the laboratory of IPME NASU. The sphere of scientific interest is the development of multivariate dynamic models of ecological systems (landscape and water), including the influence of different kinds of man-caused environmental pollution and the methods of visualization of multivariate ecological and medical information connected with anthropogenic pollution. The author of more then 80 scientific works, head and responsible executive of many scientific subjects.

· Kameneva Irina – candidate of technical science, research worker of IPME NASU. The sphere of scientific interest: methods of multivariate analyzing, regulating, and visual interpretation of ecological, medical, psychological, and sociological information.

· Solomenco Larisa – junior research worker of IPME NASU, qualified specialist in the sphere of mathematical modeling of ecological problems. She has large practical experience in statistical processing and analyzing of medical-ecological information.
