Models of circulation of biogenic elements in shallow flat water storages for the forecasting of effectiveness of planned water protection measures according to the indices of concentration of organic and inorganic pollution, that got into a water storage owing to the emergency. Were obtained estimations of maximal allowed water storages capacity keeping the existing structure of ecosystem. The models have been approved by using the data of Kremenchug's and Kuibyshev's water storages.
Program information system for processing and analysis of many-dimensional experimental data for solution of tasks of diagnosis, forecast, normalization. The result of analisis is interpretation of many-dimensional data and integral estimation of explored ecological conditions on the basis of physical, chemical and biological indices as a whole. The system, which really works, is constructed for the Volga, the Dnepr, lakes of Lithuanian National Park, Ladoga, Lake Valdai.
